The development of small and medium enterprises, improved housing for the population have always been and remain at the forefront of the Artsakh authorities. State support is carried out through the channels of the Fund by partial subsidization of interest on mortgage loans, partial down payments in the form of interest-free loans, providing of loans in rural residences and by applying other tools.
